When someone is celebrating any special day in their life, not necessarily he or she’ll get any materialistic item which is considered as a ‘Gift’ from each and everyone. But yeah, that someone will definitely get wished with a word “HAPPY” from all his / her encircled people. It could be any day like Birthday, Anniversary, New Year, Women’s day, Mother’s day, Father’s day, special occasions & festivals; the people around the world wants to be Happy and share the happiness of the other in their own way. And to make it frequent, there are abundant of days has been created and being celebrated around the world, to be and wish each other – a HAPPY DAY.

Why only those special days can be a HAPPY day? And why can’t each day of our life? And think for a while – Does those special days are really HAPPY days? Or it’s just the same day like other ones with the ‘Thanks’ note to everyone you encounter?? What is the HAPPINESS and where it comes from? You have the answer… right? It’s just WITHIN…

You want to be HAPPY. The people around you also want you to be HAPPY and that’s they wish every time. There must be some special ones in your life and you always wanted them to be Happy. But until and unless you feel Happiness from inside, you can’t share the real happiness to others and with your family.

You might be having a Goal sheet for the coming days or years and also having some activity list or task sheet for each day. And if you are not having such goal sheet than make one ‘Daily Do’ sheet today and add a note - “Always be HAPPY” to it; because to be HAPPY is the most important thing in the World

To make your everyday a Happy day, I would like to share my ‘Daily Do’ sheet which is commonly made for each member of my family. 
  • Don’t forget to Pray before Eat, Sleep & Start.
  • Drink minimum 9 glasses of water every day.
  • Have more Fruits, Vegetables & Sprouts.
  • At the meal times say NO to distractions like TV & Phone.
  • Outside food maximum once a week and avoid junk food.
  • No entry for – Anger, Negativity, Gossips, Criticism, Complains, Worries & Procrastination.
  • Give more preference to – Yoga, Exercise, Walk, Meditation, Pranaayam, & Good Helpful Reading.
  • Plan the coming week on Sundays & work accordingly on weekdays.
  • Pen down learning through reading & daily experiences and get Better every day.
  • Always be focused & work hard on desired Goals.
  • Inspire each other to Always Be Happy, Healthy & on Time.
  • Keep Smiling and don’t forget to say ‘I Love You’
  • Spread Positivity, Happiness & Peace to your surroundings.
  • Always Trust in God and Thank God for everything.

  1. Wow, You know for my family everyday is HAPPY because We have little angle she love to do "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" everyday. Our whole family sit together on evening time and we sing "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" song for her and she get so Happy and Her smile make our family Happy form bottom of Heart. Only for her this smile everyone wait evening time. For Family time. Her smile makes family bonding even stronger. Thank You :)
